FM SUPPORT GROUP VIRTUAL AND IN-PERSON ACTIVITIES AND PROGRAMS:

Association de Fibromyalgie et syndrome de fatigue chronique V-Soulanges:  Located in Vaudreuil-Soulanges, a regional county municipality of Quebec, they offer in-person and virtual bilingual activities such as Aquafit, Cooking, Yoga and Drawing.  They also offer activities conducted in English only and in French only.  Annual membership fee: $25.00 is mandatory to participate.  Check out their Fall 2021 Activities Calendar at https://www.-vs.org/services-activites?lang=en
Fibromyalgia Support Group of Winnipeg, Inc.: Offers in-person monthly meetings, neighbourhood groups, tai chi, and a self-help education program for Fibromyalgia, Taking Charge of Fibromyalgia.  Annual membership fee: $20.00.  More details can be found at https://www.fmswinnipeg.com/
Fibromyalgia Support Group North Bay (FMNB): Offers in-person bi-monthly meetings (first Wednesday of the month from 6-8pm and third Wednesday of the month from 1-3pm) and online Facebook support through their closed group. More details can be found at https://facebook.com/FibromyalgiaNorthBay
ME/FM Society of BC: Currently offers online ME/FM Patient Support group sessions, and recently introduced an Allies and Loved Ones support group program.  Annual membership fee: $30.00.  More information available at https://www.mefm.bc.ca/news-events

Fibromyalgia London Group:  Take note of the variety of group programs, FM Sharing Circles, and exercise activities listed in their Month-At-A-Glance calendar. Through the year, several trauma-informed workshop series using expressive arts therapy are held by a  Clinical Social Worker, who is a certified Expressive Arts and Sand tray Therapist.  There are also monthly Health Talks, Information Sessions, and special events.  The annual membership fee of $15.00, which includes free membership for immediate family members/caregiver, provides FREE admission to all programs, activities and special events.   https://fibrolondongroup.ca/what-we-offer/

PATHWAYS TO IMPROVEMENT WITH DR. ELEANOR STEIN – Starts March 21, 2022:   a ten-session live online course designed specifically for people with ME/CFS, FM and ES.
