At Fibromyalgia Association Canada (FAC), we know how important community can be when energy is low, symptoms flare, routines are disrupted, or you are lonely and  just need someone to talk to. <\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s why our <strong>FAC Holiday Hangouts<\/strong> are returning throughout December and into the first week of January. These casual online meetups offer a gentle space to unwind, meet others who \u201cget it,\u201d and enjoy low-pressure activities that fit your energy level.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Log in with your camera on or off, join for the whole time or just a few minutes.
