Fibro Chat: Recognizing the International Day of Persons with Disabilities
Date: December 3
Theme: “Inclusion and Accessibility for People Living with Fibromyalgia”
December 3 marks the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, a day recognized around the world to promote understanding of disability issues and to advocate for dignity, rights, and inclusion.
On this important day, Fibromyalgia Association Canada (FAC) invites you to join our Fibro Chat with Trudy and Lynn. This chat will be a safe and supportive space for connection, reflection, and awareness.
Living with fibromyalgia can mean navigating invisible challenges every day, from pain and fatigue to cognitive fog and social misunderstanding. These experiences remind us that disability isn’t always visible, but it is always valid.
During this special Fibro Chat, Trudy and Lynn will talk about what inclusion really means for people with fibromyalgia, share personal experiences, and discuss small but powerful ways to create a more accessible and understanding world.
