Melissa shares what the research says, what she experienced in her pregnancies and what other women shared in a survey.

You will learn about:

  • Fertility and fibromyalgia
  • Pregnancy and tips for coping during all three trimesters
  • Delivery and fibromyalgia
  • Nursing (and other ways of feeding) with fibromyalgia
  • Parenting with fibromyalgia

(Fully updated with FOUR brand new chapters added in 2021)

Why Melissa had to write this book

After being disappointed at the lack of information about pregnancy with Fibromyalgia when I had my first son, I set about writing up my experiences and researching as new information became available.

This is the result of five years of research and personal experience of pregnancy, labour and the first year. I also include the results of small, informal surveys that I conducted.

This is a time in your life where you need information and you need it concisely. My book provides this.
