For many, the holidays bring sparkle and celebration and may be the most wonderful time of the year, but for others, especially those living with fibromyalgia, this time of year can feel exhausting, stressful, or isolating. At Fibromyalgia Association Canada (FAC), we know how important community can be when energy is low, symptoms flare, routines are disrupted, or you are lonely and just need someone to talk to.
That’s why our FAC Holiday Hangouts are returning throughout December and into the first week of January. These casual online meetups offer a gentle space to unwind, meet others who “get it,” and enjoy low-pressure activities that fit your energy level.
Log in with your camera on or off, join for the whole time or just a few minutes. Remember, you’re welcome exactly as you are.
