L'AFC organise une session Stitch & Chat gratuite pour les membres de 14h30 à 16h00 HNE 9 octobre 2025 (jeudi)

With the days getting shorter on light, it's time to gather around and work on some comforting projects. Join FAC members and the peer support team for an afternoon session of fibre arts. Let's meet and work on our projects together, surround by others who know what it's like to have fibromyalgia.

This will be a casual gathering to connect with others who share interests in the fibre arts. Bring along your knitting, quilting, crochet or sewing projects and keep each other company, learn new skills or get help with a project you're working on. All skill levels and project types welcome to this welcome environment.

This session will be hosted by Janice Sumpton. Janice is an experienced knitter who's relaxing and fun to be around and learn from. She'll be supported by Sherry Wasdal who can help with crochet questions.Sherry finds joy in slow fashion.
